Welcome to Talk Therapy Alternative LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By booking a session, purchasing services, or using our website, you agree to the following Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

1. Scope of Services

  • Talk Therapy Alternative LLC provides somatic-based life coaching focused on nervous system regulation, self-awareness, and personal development.

  • Coaching is NOT therapy, medical care, or mental health treatment. If you need clinical support, we encourage you to seek a licensed therapist or medical provider.

  • All coaching services are for educational and informational purposes only and do not replace medical, legal, financial, or psychological advice.

2. Session Policies

Scheduling & Cancellations

  • Sessions must be booked in advance through our scheduling system.

  • If you need to cancel or reschedule, please adhere to our scheduling policy outlined in our contract.

  • All sessions are online sessions.

No-Show & Late Policy

  • Sessions will be considered a “no-show” if you do not join within 10 minutes of the scheduled start time.

  • Due to scheduling, sessions may not be extended if you arrive late.

3. Payment & Refunds

  • Payment is required ahead of booking. We accept all major credit cards which will go through our booking system.

  • Refunds: Coaching fees are non-refundable. If you need to reschedule, please adhere to our contract. Reach out with further questions.

4. Confidentiality

  • Your privacy is important to us. While coaching is not subject to therapist-client privilege, we will keep all personal information and session details strictly confidential, unless required by law.

  • We will never share your information without your written consent, unless required by law.

  • Please review our ‘Privacy Policy’ located at the footer of our website.

5. Client Responsibilities

  • You acknowledge that you are responsible for your own decisions, well-being, and personal growth.

  • You agree to show up ready to engage, reflect, and apply the techniques discussed in coaching sessions.

  • You understand that results vary, and progress depends on your commitment and participation.

6. Liability Disclaimer

  • You agree that Talk Therapy Alternative LLC and any previous, current, or future owners/employees/contractors of Talk Therapy Alternative are not liable for any decisions, actions, or outcomes resulting from coaching.

  • Coaching is not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, or financial advice. If you are in crisis or require clinical support, please seek professional help.

  • By using our services, you release and hold harmless Talk Therapy Alternative and any individual working within the company from any legal claims related to coaching.

7. Intellectual Property

  • All materials provided during coaching (worksheets, exercises, session recordings, etc.) remain the intellectual property of Talk Therapy Alternative.

  • You may not copy, distribute, or resell any coaching materials without prior written permission.

8. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of CT. By using our services, you consent to the jurisdiction of CT for any disputes.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website OR in our contracts, and continued use of our services constitutes agreement to the updated terms.
